The New England Patriots have elevated two players from their practice squad to the active roster ahead of Week 7’s battle with the Tennessee Titans.

According to ESPN’s Mike Reiss , “CB Miles Battle and RB Terrell Jennings have been elevated from the practice squad for Sunday’s game. Battle provides depth at CB and special teams with CB Charles Woods (knee) ailing. Jennings slots as the third RB behind Rhamondre Stevenson/TreVeyon Henderson, and No. 2 KR.”

Battle, 25, brings an intriguing blend of size and athleticism to the Patriots’ secondary.
