A developer is eyeing just over eight acres of undeveloped land in Palm Springs’ Racquet Club area as the possible future site of a mix of market-rate single-family homes and townhomes and affordably-priced apartments .

The Cathedral City-based homebuilder, GHA Companies , has submitted what is known as a pre-application to the city detailing a development that called “The Village @ Racquet Club” that would be located on the southwest side of the intersection of Indian Canyon Drive and Racquet Club Drive.
