…The Dodgers haven’t really gotten anything from Shohei Ohtani at any point during the Postseason so far — at the plate, at least. He’ll have a shot to deliver the finishing blow as part of LA’s pitching staff as he’ll be starting for Los Angeles tonight.

Boy, oh boy. He certainly did deliver one absolute whammy of a finishing blow, didn’t he? The Dodgers are now in the World Series for the third time in four seasons after Shohei Ohtani broke his silence by delivering one of the greatest performances you’ll ever see in a Postseason game. It was simply astonishing to witness that last night and while it’s still a bit of a bummer that he is simply just another cog in the juggernaut machine that is the Dodgers, it’s worth it to see him shine
