HARTFORD, Conn. — Connecticut’s largest Halloween trick-or-treat event is scheduled to occur at Dunkin’ Park on Main Street in Hartford next Sunday afternoon.

The free community event is set to run from noon to 3 p.m. on Oct. 26 at the home of the Hartford Yard Goats, the city’s minor league baseball team.

The event is open to the public, and kids ages 12 and younger are invited to participate.

Southern Connecticut State University is presenting the initiative, and members from the Dunkin’ team will be on-site sampling and handing out swag and gift cards, according to a release from the Yard Goats this week.

The trick-or-treat event will take place throughout the open concourse at the ballpark. All participants are asked to enter through the main gate, at the corner of Main and Trumb
