The Spurs did the expected and parted ways with Adam Flagler, Micha Potter, and Stanley Umude. All three were waived on Saturday, the team announced.

Flagler, Umude and Potter were on Exhibit 10 contracts, also known as training camp deals, so it’s not a surprise they are gone now that the Spurs’ preseason is over and opening night is close. Teams can carry up to 21 players in the offseason, but have to trim down their roster to a maximum of 18 players (15 standard contracts and three two-way deals) before the beginning of the season. With these moves, San Antonio has done just that.
