As OKC's championship banner began its slow ascent toward Paycom Center's rafters, Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander stretched out his hand to touch it.

Lu Dort followed suit. Then Jaylin Williams. Then Isaiah Hartenstein . And in a matter of a few seconds, the entire Thunder team had gotten a feel.

It was their first and only opportunity to do so before the banner found its home atop the stadium, immortalizing OKC's first championship in franchise history.
