John Giblin supplied a hat trick in Peddie’s 5-1 victory over North Plainfield in North Plainfield.

Peddie built out a 3-0 lead in the first half before outscoring North Plainfield 2-1 in the second to secure the win.

Peddie’s offense was fueled by Giblin along with Juan Salame and Tommy Kim, each scoring once.

Christian Tharney was a key part of the win with three assists.

Along with his three goals, Giblin also had an assist. Kim had one assist as well.

Jonathan Quiquintuna scored North Plainfield’s lone goal in the second half.

Peddie (9-4) hosts Pennington 4:30 p.m. Oct. 21. North Plainfield (6-5-2) hosts New Brunswick Oct. 21 with a start time to be announced.
