SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Jeremiyah Love ran for 228 yards and the No. 13 Notre Dame Fighting Irish defeated No. 20 USC 34-24 on a rainy Saturday night in South Bend.

Love and Jadarian Price both scored a rushing touchdown and ran for a combined 306 yards in the win over the Trojans. Price also had a 100-yard kickoff return late in the third quarter that put the Irish (5-2) in the lead for good.

On the flip side, Notre Dame’s defense held the Trojans (5-2) to just 68 yards rushing. The Irish also had three turnovers in the second half (two interceptions, one fumble recovery).
