GREEN BAY — Josh Jacobs made the Green Bay Packers’ delayed flight to Arizona. Whether he’ll actually play in the game against the Cardinals on Sunday is very much up in the air — pardon the pun.
ESPN reported Saturday evening that Jacobs, who is listed on the team’s injury report as questionable with an illness and a calf injury, will be a “true game-time decision” for the matchup between the Packers (3-1-1) and Cardinals (2-4).
In last Sunday’s 27-18 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals at Lambeau Field, Jacobs ran the ball 18 times for 93 yards and two touchdowns and caught five passes for 57 yards, giving him 150 total yards from scrimmage while playing 48 of the offense’s 61 snaps (79%) — and he did it while experiencing flu-like symptoms throughout the game.
