BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football quarterback Fernando Mendoza might be too modest to discuss himself as a Heisman Trophy candidate, but the sold-out crowd of 55,165 fans at Memorial Stadium didn't have any of the same reservations on Saturday, Oct. 18.

They student section led chants of "HeisMendoza" during a 38-13 win over Michigan State with Mendoza putting up 332 passing yards and four touchdowns.
