SRINAGAR : Senior leader of DPAP, Salman Nizami has strongly opposed any move by the Jammu Kashmir government to reduce or tamper with the (RBA) quota, terming it a grave injustice to the people living in remote and backward regions of the Union Territory. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

Nizami said that the RBA quota was introduced to uplift the underprivileged and marginalised sections living in far-flung areas who continue to suffer from a lack of infrastructure, education, and employment opportunities.

“Any attempt to slash or dilute this quota will directly hit the most vulnerable sections of our society,” he added.
