A murder probe has been launched by police after a man died in his home just weeks after his wife died of cancer . ‌

Emergency services were called to the home of businessman Nigel Key, 51, following reports of an assault. ‌

When police arrived at an address in Totton, Hampshire, on Thursday, they found Mr Key with serious injuries. ‌

He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Hampshire Police confirmed another man was found at the scene with serious injuries.

The man, age 31, has since been arrested on suspicion of murder. ‌
