1Chestertown, MD – An afternoon blaze in an alley behind Calvert Street was ruled incendiary after investigators determined three juveniles intentionally set fire to personal property beside a residence.

The fire broke out shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday and was quickly contained by firefighters from the Chestertown Volunteer Fire Company.

No injuries were reported and no damage was sustained to nearby structures, authorities said.
