With just over two weeks to go before Election Day, Longmont 12 City Council candidates’ most recent campaign finance reports reveal a wide range of fundraising, from five-figure mayoral hauls to more modest council bids. Including self-funding and in-kind donations, the filings show a combined total of $70,790.22 poured into the race, a floor that may climb as additional reports and late contributions are posted.
As of Tuesday’s report, Susie Hidalgo-Fahring led mayoral hopefuls in dollars raised, reporting $11,144 in monetary contributions; $448.72 in in-kind non-monetary donations such gifts of goods, services or time; and $4,813.20 in expenditures. She received one $310 donation from St. Vrain Valley Education Association, and the rest of her funding is from individual donors.
