The royal siblings are likely looking forward to Halloween as much as any other kids. But this year, the spooky holiday is set to be extra special for Kate Middleton and Prince William’s kids Prince George, 12, and his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7.
