SCOTTSBURG, Ind. — After many hospitals and tough decisions made by his wife, Brooke Williams, Dillon has left Norton Audubon Hospital and is home recovering.

Brooke spoke with WHAS11 last Saturday, saying doctors believe Dillon has had a rare reaction to the common cold. She told WHAS11, her husband had to have fluid removed from around his heart.

Brooke said Dillon got to see his infant daughter, Amelia after nine days before leaving the hospital and his physical therapy got him outside for fresh air on the helicopter pad.
