Strictly Come Dancing fans have cried that Balvinder Sopal's latest stint in the dreaded dance-off is 'ridiculous' as they questioned support for the star.

The EastEnders actress was seen back in the ballroom on Saturday night (October 18) alongside her professional dance partner Julian Caillon, hoping to bounce back from fighting for their place in the competition last weekend.

They scored 28 out of a possible 40 points for their paso doble to Diablo Rojo by Rodrigo by Gabriela, with Craig Revel Horwood noted 'a raised shoulder, messy flow and turned-in feet', but hailed Balvinder's 'brilliant arms and hands'.

Meanwhile, Motsi Mabuse said the soap star 'showed fight and commitment' and while the performance 'lacked the odd detail', she declared: "You’re a powerhouse!"
