COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Cobb County Police say a dentist who was reported missing earlier in the week was found safe.

Much still remains unclear about the situation involving Dr. Melanie Nadler Litt, who had last been seen on Monday. But on Sunday Cobb Police said the be-on-the-lookout notice for her was canceled as of noon.

Family and friends had been urgently trying to find Dr. Nadler Litt, who lives in Cobb County and works in neighboring Paulding County at Family Dentistry at Seven Hills in Dallas.
