Rough first half leads to Saluki loss to North Dakota

CARBONDALE — In the annual Blackout Cancer game, the No. 12 Southern Illinois University football team (4-3, 1-2 MVFC) fell, 38-19, to No. 9/11 North Dakota on Saturday at Saluki Stadium.

The Salukis were out-scored, 28-0, in the first half.
