Despite a forecast that was calling for steady rain and strong winds on Sunday, dozens of witches came out to dance and play at the third annual Witches Dance Owen Sound at Harrison Park. Article content

The event, which also included a silent auction, vendors, artisans, broom making, kids crafts and more, was being held as a fundraiser for the Women’s Centre Grey Bruce.

Organizer Patti Smith said Sunday afternoon that she saw a YouTube video of a similar event in another community and thought it looked like a lot of fun.
