NBC Bay Area's Jodi Hernandez was inducted into the National Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences "Silver Circle" Saturday.
The Northern California Chapter of the organization held a special luncheon for the new gold and silver inductees in South San Francisco.
Hernandez’s career started in 1992 in Chico and included stops in Wichita, Kansas and Sacramento before making her way to NBC Bay Area in 2002.
This is not her first award. She has also won a regional Emmy, a Ronda award, and induction into the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ Hall of Fame.
