In a step towards transparency and digital governance, the Rohtak Municipal Corporation has launched a new online portal titled “Suvidha Manch”, designed to offer real-time data and updates on development projects across the municipal area.

“The portal will allow officials to view key details of any ongoing development project with just a single click. Information such as a project’s start date, expected completion date, total cost, terms and conditions, and percentage of work completed will be readily available on the portal,” said Dr Anand Kumar Sharma, Commissioner, MC, while speaking to ‘The Tribune’. He claimed that Rohtak had become the first municipal corporation in the state to implement such a portal at present.
