WASHINGTON — A top White House official says the Butler, Pa., assassination attempt on President Trump sealed his election win.

“Butler, Pennsylvania … changed everything. Literally changed everything,’’ said Dan Scavino , the new head of the White House Presidential Personnel Office, to Fox News’ “My View with Lara Trump” on Saturday.

“It was from that point forward where I knew that he would be the 47th president of the United States,’’ said Scavino, who has known Trump since the 1990s, when he caddied for him.
