FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police have arrested and charged a man in connection to the grisly discovery of body parts stuffed in a trash bag in Flatbush.

Authorities charged Christopher Moss, 38, with concealment of a human corpse.

On Friday, a neighbor found a man's head and torso in the trash outside a building on East 21st Street in Flatbush .

Police have not identified the victim.

The superintendent of the building saw a tenant who placed several bags in the trash on Friday.

"I just see a lot of flies. I don't know what's going on. I just see a lot of flies. A lot of flies flying around. It's crazy," Danielle, a resident, said.

Sources say that man is the roommate and boyfriend of the man found dead and dismembered.
