Will Dandjinou collected three speed skating medals Sunday for a two-day total of five, leading the Canadian team at the Short Track World Tour stop in Montreal.

He began the day with his mixed relay teammates, winning gold in the 2,000-metre race in two minutes 37.599 seconds. South Korea (2:38.004) and Poland (2:38.135) rounded out the medal podium at Maurice Richard Arena.

Later, Dandjinou of Sherbrooke, Que., led a 1-2 Canadian finish in the men’s 1,000 with Steven Dubois. Dandjinou stopped the clock in 1:25.417, 48-1000ths of a second ahead of his teammate from Laval, Que. Daeheon Hwang of South Korea took bronze (1:25.587).
