CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The suspect from Monday night’s double shooting at Fountain Square turned himself in to police Sunday evening.

FOX19 NOW was outside the Cincinnati Police Department’s District One headquarters when alleged shooting suspect Shaquille Ferguson and his attorney Clyde Bennett arrived for his surrender.

In an interview with FOX19 NOW, Ferguson’s attorney says his client did nothing wrong. He says this is a case of self-defence.

“In Ohio, you have the right to defend yourself,” Bennett said.
