Despite appeals and repeated assurances from the Bangalore Development Authority ( BDA ) Commissioner and Chairman, as well as visits by Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar and the Legislative Assembly ’s Petition Committee, the plight of site owners at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout (NPKL) remains unresolved.

The long-standing issue of poor infrastructure in the layout has once again come to light after heavy rain turned several stretches into slushy, unmotorable zones.
