But Brown isn't the only Supercars racer under an injury cloud, with championship leader Broc Feeney managing a back complaint ahead of Sunday's marathon six-hour, 161-lap race at Mount Panorama.

The Red Bull heavyweights, both vying for a maiden Bathurst 1000 title, insist they aren't concerned about their separate injuries.
