The legal dispute over late businessman Sunjay Kapur’s will — reportedly valued at ₹30,000 crore — intensified this week as his wife Priya Sachdev Kapur told the Delhi High Court that his children from his previous marriage to actor Karisma Kapoor have “no legal basis" to challenge the document.

On Wednesday, Priya’s counsel Rajiv Nayar argued that Karisma and Sunjay’s children, Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapur, cannot contest the will on the “bogus" grounds of spelling errors or incorrect addresses, calling their challenge “non-existent."
