Police arrested a woman in Bloomington, and prosecutors charged her with selling fentanyl to a police informant in Seminary Park in September.
Elizabeth Marie Sigman, 40, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Shalom Center, a day center for the community's homeless population in the 600 block of South Wanut Street.
Sigman is charged with dealing a narcotic drug in a public park. It's a Level 3 felony that carries a possible jail term of three to 16 years.
