Zerodha Fund House has launched a new scheme, the Zerodha BSE SENSEX Index Fund, an open-ended fund designed to track the BSE SENSEX Index. The fund’s New Fund Offer (NFO) opens on October 20 and closes on November 3, with unit allotment scheduled for November 6.
The fund will reopen for ongoing subscriptions from November 10.
The Zerodha BSE SENSEX Index Fund will primarily invest in equities and equity-related securities in line with the composition of the BSE SENSEX Index, subject to tracking errors.
The SENSEX Index comprises 30 of India’s largest and financially robust companies listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
