WARREN The man accused of shooting and killing a man in Warren back in August is set to go on trial Monday morning.

Court records show the trial for 46-year-old David Hollie is set to begin Monday morning in Judge Sarah Kovoor's court.

Hollie is charged with murder and having weapons under disability, both with firearm specifications, as well as tampering with evidence, failure to comply and receiving stolen property.

Hollie is accused of shooting 34-year-old Choice Washington on the 300 Block of Scott Street on August 3, 2025. Washington died in the hospital days later.
