Week-long lane restrictions in place on I-83 bridge in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)-- Week-long daytime lane and shoulder restrictions will be in place on the John Harris Memorial (South) Bridge over the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg.
