Kristen Bell has restricted the comments on an Instagram post about her husband Dax Shepard that has landed her at the centre of controversy.

Last week, the Nobody Wants This star posted a picture of herself and her husband of 12 years to commemorate their wedding anniversary.

Alongside a picture of herself and Dax embracing one another, she shared a choice quote from the podcast host, explaining: “ Happy 12th wedding anniversary to the man who once said to me: ‘I would never kill you. A lot of men have killed their wives at a certain point. Even though I’m heavily incentivised to kill you, I never would’.”
