House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is holding a press conference at 10 a.m. Monday on the 20th day of the government shutdown as the Senate fails to pass the GOP stopgap funding measure.
Johnson has hosted numerous press conferences since the shutdown began earlier this month, even as the House remains on recess during a district work period.
