SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) -- Scotland County deputies arrested two people after a shooting late Saturday morning in the Laurel Hill community.
Timothy Lacy Locklear, 22, and Daisha Kay Bullard, both of Laurel Hill, were arrested without incident and booked into the Scotland County Detention Center on multiple charges stemming from the shooting, which deputies said happened at about 11:20 a.m. in the area of Morgan and Lauder streets.
Deputies said a male victim suffered gunshot wounds to his legs and was flown to an undisclosed hospital. No additional information about his condition or details about the shooting were immediately available.
Locklear was given a $150,000 bond and charged with attempted first-degree murder, felony conspiracy, obstruction of justice, possession of a weap
