This fancy dessert cafe urges visitors to “taste the cloud” and its legions of fans are only too happy to oblige.

With options such as Boba Brulee Bomb with caramelised custard, boba pearls and black sugar syrup, or the Puffy Pandan, a pandan-infused pancake with caramelised coconut and coconut syrup on offer, the biggest problem with this place is telling your friends “Hey! You! Get off of my cloud!” while they try to nick a bite.

The Boba Bar stall inside the Freo Markets is a great spot to stop in for a weekend treat.

It does a brilliant line of fluffy souffle pancakes with the Lotus Biscoff and Creme Brulee offerings being stand-outs.
