Seattle Office of Labor Standards Announces Settlement with Zifty Global for Violations of Two Seattle App-Based Ordinances

Seattle, WA (October 20, 2025) – The Office of Labor Standards (OLS) announces the investigation of Zifty Global LLC for alleged violations of the App-Based Worker Minimum Payment and App-Based Worker Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) Ordinances. Zifty settled the allegations and agreed to pay a total of $57,843.68 to 163 affected workers and $1,000 to the City of Seattle.
