LOGAN – The Ellen Eccles Theatre will celebrate the approaching Halloween holiday by presenting Frankenstein: A Living Comic Book on Thursday, Oct. 23.

The touring show is a family friendly stage play that reimagines Mary Shelley’s classic 1816 novel through the visual style of a graphic novel.

As one of the Cache Valley Center for the Arts’ 2025-2026 National Touring Season offerings, the production will blend live actors with comic-book visuals and sound effects to create an immersive theatrical experience.

Presented by Kidoons and WYRD Productions, this adaptation confronts modern issues such as climate change, artificial intelligence and humanity's relationship with technology, according to co-writer Paul Van Dyck, as well as the original themes of Ms. Shelley’s novel.
