  • UFC Fight Night 262 is in the books. Brendan Allen pulled off the upset on short notice, defeating former two-division ONE championship titleholder Reinier de Ridder in the main event. The result shook up rankings atop the middleweight division. Additionally, Aiemann Zahabi picked up a big win over Marlon Vera, Manon Fiorot scored a KO over Jasmine Jasudavicius, and controversy plagued a couple of main card bouts. We react and review the key results from UFC Vancouver.
  • Last week, the MMA news cycle was quite busy. The main and co-main event bouts for UFC 323 were announced in Merab Dvalishvili vs. Petr Yan, and Alexandre Pantoja vs. Joshua Van. Additionally, UFC 323 also received a featured bout in Henry Cejudo vs. Payton Talbott. On top of these big fight bookings, the CSAC unanimously votes to support Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act, Frankie Edgar opened up about his cancellation fom BKFC, and much more.
  • We preview Saturday's UFC 321 pay-per-view in Abu Dhabi. In the main event, Tom Aspinall makes his first title defense against Ciryl Gane. Virna Jandiroba and Mackenzie Dern battle for the vacant women's strawweight belt in the co-main event, which is a rematch. We break down these two title bouts, plus other important action on the card.
  • We finish the show honoring the life of legendary MMA coach Duke Roufus, who died unexpectedly this past week at 55. Roufus made a big imprint in the combat sports world, coaching many world-class fighters like Paul Felder, Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, Anthony and Sergio Pettis and many others.
