President Donald Trump has chosen Mark Savaya, who heads up a marijuana dispensary business in Michigan, to be the nation's special envoy to Iraq.
On a post on Trump's Truth Social media site on Oct. 19, Trump made the announcement, saying Savaya was a "key player" in the president's campaign to win Michigan last November and secure "a record vote with Muslim Americans."
