Saratoga Springs traffic stop leads to drugs, arrest

SARATOGA SPRINGS - A traffic stop on Interstate 87 in Saratoga Springs last week led to the arrest of a man on drug charges, New York State Police said.

Joseph R. Warren, 43, of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, along with second- and third-degree, police said.
