BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – It might feel early for holiday cheer, but it’s right on time for Barren County.

According to barrencounty.net , the county is being recognized through Beautify the Bluegrass for its transformation of the Glasgow square during the prior year’s Christmas season.

The project was led by Beautify Barren County, an area nonprofit that aims to enhance the natural beauty of the community.

Beautify Barren County’s mission is to “unite residents, businesses and community leaders in a shared effort to make lasting improvements to our home,” according to barrencounty.net.
