ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - An Abilene man is accused of sexually abusing his neighbor's dog through a backyard fence.

Thor Bennett, Jr. was booked into the Taylor County Jail Friday for Bestiality in connection to the allegations.

Court documents state a concerned citizen contacted the Texas Department of Public Safety earlier this month to report Bennett, who was his neighbor, was sexually abusing his dog through a chain link backyard fence.

This concerned citizen then produced a video, which showed Bennett touching himself inappropriately while "incorporating the concerned citizen's dog into the act."

The documents state Bennett was also holding a cell phone and appeared to be recording the act of sexual abuse.
