LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two people parachuted off the Clays Ferry Bridge Monday afternoon.
The Lexington Fire Department says it was dispatched around a little after 3 p.m. for a report of someone injured from a fall.
According to a police sergeant at the scene, one person appeared to land safely in a grassy area, but the second may have taken a hard fall and landed in nearby trees, possibly breaking a leg.
Investigators say the pair got into a vehicle and drove off toward the Madison County side of the bridge.
This is a developing story.
