Coronation Street fans have been left fearing for a fan-favourite having spotted a potentially 'foreshadowing' of someone's death in Weatherfield.

Those who follow the ITV soap have been trying to figure out Becky Swain's next move after Corrie's boss, Kate Brooks, confirmed the new character isn't to be messed with.

As viewers know, Becky made a shock arrival on the cobbles last month, revealing herself as Lisa's late wife who has been very much alive and well for all this time.

Lisa was led to believe that Becky had died in the line of duty and she and her daughter, Betsy, were left to grieve for four years until her sudden arrival on Betsy's 18th birthday.
