As part of an ongoing effort to lower the infant mortality rates locally, Daviess Community Hospital is carrying out a special program this month that includes a survey on safe sleep habits for babies. Participants have until Oct. 31 to take the survey and will be entered in a giveaway drawing where one person will win a playpen.
