ANN ARBOR, MI — Plans for a 20-story affordable housing development in Ann Arbor are taking another step forward.

The city’s Planning Commission voted 6-0 on Oct. 16 to approve a site plan for a 313,000-square-foot building with 330 apartments and ground-floor retail space at 350 S. Fifth Ave.
