A new addition is popping up in Edmonton’s late-night food scene!
Siuyeh is Edmonton’s newest late-night restaurant, with street eats, strong drinks, and no curfew. It’s bringing more flavour to the Asian food scene in the city, offering an evening spot for unwinding with friends and family.
This restaurant was founded in 2024 and started as a series of pop-up dinners inspired by Michael Lam and Hanson Chung’s shared love for late-night meals, travel, and community. This is their first concept together, and its an exciting time to be a foodie in Edmonton.
Siu yeh means “late-night snack.” It’s more common in Asia, more specifically parts of China, usually enjoyed with friends or co-workers on late nights, associated with a midnight snack or meal.
