The decades-long, bitter feud between Pink Floyd co-founders David Gilmour and Roger Waters continues and the hope of a reunion seems to be lost.
The two artists have been at odds for decades since Waters quit the band in 1985 and in 2024, the band sold their rights to Sony Music for over half a billion dollars, according to The Independent .
In a recent interview when Gilmour was asked what would have to happen for him to consider sharing a stage with Waters in the future, he told The Telegraph : “Nothing. There is no possible way that I would do that.”
Aside from creative differences, a political divide has also caused Gilmour and Waters to drift apart.
“Nothing would make me share a stage with someone who thinks such treatment of women and the LGBT community is OK,” Gilmour said
